Core Tribal Skills – 12 week course.
Monday Evenings – September 13th – November 29th
This course will tackle our core tribal moves, developing, refining and where possible travelling. It will demonstrate that you can develop a move and take it to the next level, thinking outside the box. After drilling moves they will then be placed into combos showing the flow of one movement into another creating our dance which can be strong, powerful, mysterious and hypnotic.
During this course we will also have some reading material and there will be time allocated for group discussion.
This course can be taken alongside level 2.

New Tribal Fusion Summer Course starting Tuesday July 20th
During this course we will work on strengthing techniques to create strong posture and controlled movements. We will then build upon moves, stretching the possibilities of what you can do with them in order to extend your core skills.
This course is suitable for both beginners new to tribal fusion and intermediate dancers wanting to build and develop on their dance skills.

Is it Summer already?
I’ve had a really busy and great fun few months meeting and dancing with you all. I have been dancing in Krakow, at Milan Gothla Italy, been to Exeter for Sam Emanuels Easter hafla and have just returned from JoYin beautiful Saltaire amongst others and its still only April. It is safe to say I’m broken!
A huge thanks to everyone who has supported me, taken my workshops and given me such lovely compliments on my performances. I have loved every minute of it, ha!
I have just started 2 new 12 week courses with the Mia Serra school and have other workshops coming soon. All details are available on the Workshops page.
I’m pleased to say my Gothla UK Workshop has sold out and I can’t wait to be back at my favorite event of the year.
